Ingredients:
4 Golden Yolk Eggs
Half bag of Spinach
Avocado
Method:
Add eggs to a cold pan, whisk together and turn heat on low
Continuously stir eggs over low heat until cooked and silky
Season with salt, pepper and paprika
Wilt spinach, season with salt and pepper
Add a squeeze of lime and pinch of salt to avocado
Serve together and enjoy
