Ingredients:


  • 4 Golden Yolk Eggs

  • Half bag of Spinach

  • Avocado


Method:


  • Add eggs to a cold pan, whisk together and turn heat on low

  • Continuously stir eggs over low heat until cooked and silky

  • Season with salt, pepper and paprika

  • Wilt spinach, season with salt and pepper

  • Add a squeeze of lime and pinch of salt to avocado

  • Serve together and enjoy
