Terms and conditions

Services


The membership entitles the holder to use DH Training Club facilities, equipment, and services.


Membership


The membership is personal and cannot be shared.


Age Limit


The Member confirms that they are 18 years old or older. Exceptions are granted for persons aged 16 or 17 with written parental consent. Persons under 16 years of age must be supervised at all times.


Health


The Member confirms that they do not have any health conditions that would hinder or prevent them from exercising, or that could be detrimental to their health, safety, or physical condition if they do exercise. In case of any doubt, the Member should seek advice from a medical doctor to confirm their ability to exercise. DH Training Club has no obligation to perform fitness assessments or similar tests to determine the Member’s physical condition. If an assessment is conducted at DH Training Club, it is solely for the purpose of compiling comparative data to track the Member’s progress in a program, not for diagnostic purposes.


Liability


Each Member of DH Training Club is liable for any property damage and/or personal injury they cause on the DH Training Club premises. The Member is obligated to pay for any costs involved upon presentation of a statement.


Waiver of Liability


All use of DH Training Club facilities is at the Member’s own risk. The Member should not use any equipment unless they understand its appropriate use. DH Training Club is not liable for any injuries, physical impacts, or damages to the Member or their property, nor for any claims arising from the use of the premises or equipment.


Storage Area for Personal Belongings


A storage area is available for Members while they are working out in the facility. Please ensure all personal belongings are taken when leaving the facility. DH Training Club reserves the right to open and empty storage area if the Member is not present.


Lost Property or Theft


DH Training Club is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings. Any items left on DH Training Club premises will be kept for two weeks before being disposed of.


Code of Conduct


The Member must adhere to the behavioural and operational principles of DH Training Club, as outlined in our code of conduct.


Suspension/Termination of Membership


Membership may be suspended or terminated at the management’s sole discretion if the Member breaches the code of conduct.


Access and Security


DH Training Club is open Monday 6:30 am - 7:30 pm, Tuesday 6:30 am - 9 pm, Wednesday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 6:30 am - 12:00 pm, except on bank holidays and in exceptional circumstances, when hours may vary. Classes are available at the times listed in the DH Training Club booking system. Classes and instructors are subject to change without prior notice.


Sessions

DH Training Club Small Group Personal Training sessions must be used within the month; unused sessions cannot be carried over to the following month and will be forfeited. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may also be forfeited.


Payment


The Member is responsible for paying their membership fees, even if the amount is debited directly by DH Training Club. The agreed price applies only if the Member pays according to the agreed terms. If a payment is late, the Member will receive a reminder email from DH Training Club, and access may be suspended. The membership continues even if access is suspended. If payment is not made within 30 days, the Member is in violation of the contract, and the total outstanding amount will become due. DH Training Club may transfer the case to a debt collector, which will incur additional fees.


The monthly payment, pro rata amount, and any sign-up fee are due at the time of this agreement. The Member authorizes an automatic debit from their account or card. Please see the Renewal/Cancellation section below for details on our cancellation policy.


Satisfaction

Guarantee
Within 7 days of the start of the membership, the Member can cancel their membership free of charge and receive a full refund.


Renewal and Cancellation


For monthly memberships, we require two full months' notice for cancellation, which must be sent via email to admin@dhtrainingclub.co.uk (For example, if notice is given on March 14th, your notice period will begin on April 1st, with your last full payment on May 1st, and your membership ending on May 31st.)
Exceptional Cancellation
An exceptional cancellation may be granted if the Member moves more than fifteen miles away from any DH Training Club facility, upon presentation of official documentation proving the change of address. Membership can also be canceled for medical reasons, with the presentation of a medical certificate.


Price changes

Any price changes will be communicated to members at least one month prior to implementation.
