Terms and Conditions

Services

The membership entitles the Member to use DH Training Club Ltd facilities, equipment, and services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Membership

Membership is personal to the Member and may not be shared or transferred.

​

Age Limit

The Member confirms that they are 18 years of age or older.

​

Health

The Member confirms that they do not have any health condition that would hinder or prevent them from exercising, or that could be detrimental to their health, safety, or physical condition if they do exercise.

If there is any doubt, the Member should seek advice from a medical professional prior to participating in exercise. DH Training Club Ltd has no obligation to carry out fitness assessments or medical screenings. Any assessment conducted is for the sole purpose of tracking progress and is not diagnostic in nature.

Liability

Each Member is liable for any property damage and/or personal injury they cause on DH Training Club Ltd premises and agrees to cover any related costs upon presentation of a statement.

Waiver of Liability

All use of DH Training Club Ltd facilities and equipment is undertaken at the Member’s own risk. Members should not use equipment unless they understand its correct and safe use. DH Training Club Ltd shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from use of the premises, facilities, or equipment.

Storage Area for Personal Belongings

A storage area is available for use during sessions. Members must remove all belongings when leaving the facility. DH Training Club Ltd reserves the right to open and clear storage areas if items are left unattended.

Lost Property or Theft

DH Training Club Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen property. Items left on the premises will be retained for up to two weeks before being disposed of.

Code of Conduct

Members must adhere to the behavioural and operational standards outlined in the DH Training Club Ltd Code of Conduct.

Suspension/Termination of Membership

DH Training Club Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its discretion if the Member breaches the Code of Conduct or these Terms & Conditions.

Access and Security

DH Training Club Ltd operating hours are:

  • Monday–Wednesday: 6:00am – 9:00pm

  • Thursday: 8:00am – 9:00pm

  • Friday: 6:00am – 5:30pm

  • Saturday: 7:00am – 1:00pm

Opening hours may vary on bank holidays or in exceptional circumstances. Class schedules are published via the FIT by Wix booking system and are subject to change without notice. Instructors may also change at short notice.

Sessions

  • Members may book sessions up to 14 days in advance.

  • Club Membership includes 12 Build sessions per calendar month.

  • Sessions must be used within the month and cannot be carried over.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance or the session may be forfeited.

  • Once all 12 sessions have been used, Members must wait until their next payment date to book further sessions.

  • Members are encouraged to use the waitlist if sessions are fully booked.

Payment

The Member is responsible for payment of all membership fees, including those collected via direct debit or card payment. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of access, though the membership agreement will remain active.

If payment is overdue for more than 30 days, the Member will be in breach of contract and the outstanding balance will become immediately due. DH Training Club Ltd reserves the right to refer unpaid accounts to a debt collection agency, which may incur additional fees.

Monthly fees, any pro-rata amounts, and sign-up fees are payable at the time of joining. By signing up, the Member authorises automatic recurring payments in line with the agreed terms.

Satisfaction Guarantee

The Member may cancel their membership within 7 days of the start date for a full refund, provided no sessions have been attended.

Renewal and Cancellation

  • A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel membership. Notice must be submitted via email to admin@dhtrainingclub.co.uk

  • For example, if notice is given on March 14th and the next payment date is April 1st, the notice period will run from April 1st to April 30th, with membership ending on April 30th.

Exceptional Cancellation

Exceptional cancellation may be granted if the Member relocates more than 15 miles from any DH Training Club Ltd facility, subject to proof of address. Cancellation may also be granted for medical reasons upon provision of a medical certificate.

Membership Pause Policy

  • Membership may be paused for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days.

  • Requests must be made in writing at least 7 days in advance.

  • Members must complete at least one full payment period between pauses.

  • A maximum of three pauses per calendar year is permitted.

  • During a pause, Members will be unable to book or attend sessions.

Rejoining and Loss of Discounts

If a Member cancels and later rejoins, any previously applied discounts will be removed, and membership will be charged at the current advertised rate.

​

Annual Pricing Review

DH Training Club Ltd reserves the right to review and adjust membership pricing annually to reflect operational costs, facility improvements, and service development.

Members will be given no less than 30 days’ written notice of any price increase. If the Member does not wish to continue at the revised rate, they may cancel their membership in accordance with the standard 30-day cancellation policy.

By signing up for DH Training Club membership, the Member acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
