Terms and Conditions

Services

Membership entitles the Member to use DH Training Club Ltd facilities, equipment, and services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

​

Membership

All memberships operate on a 28-day rolling basis, unless otherwise stated.

​

Memberships are offered in tiered options, based on the number of coached Build Sessions per week. Membership inclusions, allowances, and pricing are confirmed at the point of sign-up and may vary between tiers.

​

Membership is personal to the Member and may not be shared or transferred.

​

Changing Membership Tiers

Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership tier by providing a minimum of 28 days’ written notice.

​

• Tier changes take effect from the next 28-day billing period
• Requests must be submitted via email or official club communication channels
• Pricing will adjust in line with the new membership tier

​

Age Limit

The Member confirms that they are 18 years of age or older.

​

Health

The Member confirms that they do not have any health condition that would hinder or prevent them from exercising, or that could be detrimental to their health, safety, or physical condition if they do exercise.

​

If there is any doubt, the Member should seek advice from a qualified medical professional prior to participating in exercise. DH Training Club Ltd has no obligation to carry out medical screenings or fitness assessments. Any assessment undertaken is for progress tracking only and is not diagnostic.

​

Liability

Each Member is liable for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by them on DH Training Club Ltd premises and agrees to cover any associated costs upon presentation of a statement.

​

Waiver of Liability

All use of DH Training Club Ltd facilities and equipment is undertaken at the Member’s own risk. Members must not use equipment unless they understand its correct and safe operation.

​

DH Training Club Ltd shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from use of the premises, facilities, or equipment.

​

Storage Area for Personal Belongings

Limited storage is available during sessions. Members must remove all belongings when leaving the facility. DH Training Club Ltd reserves the right to open and clear storage areas if items are left unattended.

​

Lost Property or Theft

DH Training Club Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen property. Items left on the premises will be retained for up to two weeks before being disposed of.

​

Code of Conduct

Members must adhere to the behavioural and operational standards outlined in the DH Training Club Ltd Code of Conduct.

​

Suspension or Termination of Membership

DH Training Club Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership at its discretion if the Member breaches the Code of Conduct or these Terms & Conditions.

​

Access and Security

Operating hours are:

Monday–Wednesday: 6:00am – 9:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am – 9:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 1:00pm

​

Opening hours may vary on bank holidays or in exceptional circumstances.

​

Class schedules are published via the FIT by Wix booking system and are subject to change without notice. Instructors may also change at short notice.

​

Sessions and Booking

Sessions may be booked up to 14 days in advance.

Session allowances are determined by the Member’s chosen membership tier and reset every 28-day billing period.

​

Sessions must be used within the active billing period and cannot be carried over.

​

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance, or the session may be forfeited.

​

Once all allocated sessions have been used, Members must wait until the next billing date to book additional sessions.

​

Members are encouraged to use the waitlist if sessions are fully booked.

​

Session Availability Disclaimer

Membership provides access to sessions in line with the Member’s tier but does not guarantee availability of specific sessions, times, instructors, or class types.

​

All sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and availability may be limited due to capacity, staffing, or operational requirements.

​

Payment

The Member is responsible for payment of all membership fees, including those collected via direct debit or card payment.

​

Membership fees are charged on a recurring 28-day basis. By signing up, the Member authorises automatic recurring payments.

​

If payment is overdue, access may be suspended. Suspension of access does not pause or cancel the membership, and fees will continue to accrue.

​

If payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, the Member will be in breach of contract and the outstanding balance will become immediately due. DH Training Club Ltd reserves the right to refer unpaid accounts to a debt collection agency, which may incur additional fees.

​

Satisfaction Guarantee

The Member may cancel their membership within 7 days of the start date for a full refund, provided no sessions have been attended.

​

Renewal and Cancellation

Memberships automatically renew every 28 days unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.

​

A minimum of 28 days’ written notice is required to cancel membership. Notice must be submitted via email to admin@dhtrainingclub.co.uk.

​

The notice period will run from the next scheduled payment date, with membership remaining active until the end of that billing cycle.

​

Exceptional Cancellation

Exceptional cancellation may be granted if the Member relocates more than 15 miles from any DH Training Club Ltd facility, subject to proof of address.

​

Cancellation may also be granted for medical reasons upon provision of a medical certificate confirming inability to exercise.

​

Membership Pause Policy

Membership may be paused for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days.

​

Requests must be made in writing at least 7 days in advance.

​

Members must complete at least one full billing period between pauses.

​

A maximum of three (3) pauses per calendar year is permitted.

​

During a pause, Members will be unable to book or attend sessions. Paused time will be added to the end of the current billing period.

​

Photo, Video and Media Consent

DH Training Club Ltd may capture photographs and videos during sessions, classes, or events which may include Members.

​

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Member grants permission for DH Training Club Ltd to use images, videos, testimonials, voice recordings, or written statements for promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes, without compensation.

​

Content may be edited or reused across digital and print platforms. Members who do not wish to be included must notify DH Training Club Ltd in writing.

​

Rejoining and Loss of Discounts

If a Member cancels and later rejoins, any previously applied discounts will be removed, and membership will be charged at the current advertised rate.

​

Annual Pricing Review

DH Training Club Ltd reserves the right to review and adjust membership pricing or structure annually to reflect operational costs and service development.

​

Members will be given no less than 28 days’ written notice of any price increase. If the Member does not wish to continue, they may cancel in line with the standard cancellation policy.

​

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

DH Training Club Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary. Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes. Continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of updated Terms & Conditions.
