Terms and conditions

Services

The membership entitles the holder to use DH Training Club facilities, equipment, and services.

Membership

The membership is personal and cannot be shared.

​

Age Limit

The Member confirms that they are 18 years old or older.

​

Health

The Member confirms that they do not have any health conditions that would hinder or prevent them from exercising, or that could be detrimental to their health, safety, or physical condition if they do exercise. In case of any doubt, the Member should seek advice from a medical doctor to confirm their ability to exercise. DH Training Club has no obligation to perform fitness assessments or similar tests to determine the Member’s physical condition. If an assessment is conducted at DH Training Club, it is solely for the purpose of compiling comparative data to track the Member’s progress in a program, not for diagnostic purposes.

Liability

Each Member of DH Training Club is liable for any property damage and/or personal injury they cause on the DH Training Club premises. The Member is obligated to pay for any costs involved upon presentation of a statement.

Waiver of Liability

All use of DH Training Club facilities is at the Member’s own risk. The Member should not use any equipment unless they understand its appropriate use. DH Training Club is not liable for any injuries, physical impacts, or damages to the Member or their property, nor for any claims arising from the use of the premises or equipment.

Storage Area for Personal Belongings

A storage area is available for Members while they are working out in the facility. Please ensure all personal belongings are taken when leaving the facility. DH Training Club reserves the right to open and empty storage areas if the Member is not present.

Lost Property or Theft

DH Training Club is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings. Any items left on DH Training Club premises will be kept for two weeks before being disposed of.

Code of Conduct

The Member must adhere to the behavioural and operational principles of DH Training Club, as outlined in our code of conduct.

Suspension/Termination of Membership

Membership may be suspended or terminated at the management’s sole discretion if the Member breaches the code of conduct.

​

Access and Security

DH Training Club is open Monday and Tuesday 7:00 am - 9:00 pm, Wednesday to thursday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 6:30 am - 12:00 pm, except on bank holidays and in exceptional circumstances, when hours may vary. Classes are available at the times listed in the FIT by Wix booking system. Classes and instructors are subject to change without prior notice.

Sessions

  • Members can book sessions up to 14 days in advance.

  • 12 Build sessions per month are included in the Club Membership and must be used within the month.

  • Unused sessions cannot be carried over to the following month and will be forfeited.

  • Session cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance; otherwise, the session may be forfeited to ensure fair access for all members.

  • Once all 12 sessions have been used, members must wait until their next payment date, when their Club Membership renews, before booking additional sessions.

  • Members are encouraged to use the waitlist if their preferred session is fully booked.

Payment

The Member is responsible for paying their membership fees, even if the amount is debited directly by DH Training Club. The agreed price applies only if the Member pays according to the agreed terms. If a payment is late, the Member will receive a reminder email from DH Training Club, and access may be suspended. The membership continues even if access is suspended. If payment is not made within 30 days, the Member is in violation of the contract, and the total outstanding amount will become due. DH Training Club may transfer the case to a debt collector, which will incur additional fees.

The monthly payment, pro-rata amount, and any sign-up fee are due at the time of this agreement. The Member authorizes an automatic debit from their account or card. Please see the Renewal/Cancellation section below for details on our cancellation policy.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Within 7 days of the start of the membership, the Member can cancel their membership free of charge and receive a full refund.

Renewal and Cancellation

  • 30-day notice period is required for membership cancellation, which must be sent via email to admin@dhtrainingclub.co.uk.

  • For example, if notice is given on March 14th, your notice period will begin on your next payment date, April 1st, and your membership will end on April 30th.

Exceptional Cancellation

An exceptional cancellation may be granted if the Member moves more than fifteen miles away from any DH Training Club facility, upon presentation of official documentation proving the change of address. Membership can also be canceled for medical reasons, with the presentation of a medical certificate.

Membership Pause Policy

  • Members may pause their membership for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days.

  • A written request must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.

  • Membership pauses cannot be backdated, and any payments due during the pause period must still be made.

  • While the membership is paused, the Member will be unable to book any future sessions until it is reactivated.

Rejoining and Loss of Discounts

If a Member cancels their membership and later chooses to rejoin, they will lose any previously applied discounts and must rejoin at the current membership rate.

By signing up for DH Training Club membership, the Member acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
