Founded by Dean in 2022 from the bottom of his garden, DH Training Club has grown into a vibrant, welcoming community based in Bearwood, and now with our own dedicated space on Abbey Road.
This isn’t a gym full of egos. It’s a club that celebrates progress, not perfection.
