Ingredients:
Cajun Paste
2 Salmon Fillets
1 Large Sweet Potato
3 Large Carrots
Green Beans
Garlic Infused Olive Oil
Method:
Smother salmon fillets in cajun paste and air fry for 15 mins at 180
Peel and chop sweet potato and carrots and boil until soft for mash
Fry trimmed green beans in garlic olive oil, a knob of butter and a pinch of salt until slightly charred
Mash sweet potato and carrots once ready and season to taste
Serve and enjoy
