Cajun Salmon, Sweet Potato and Carrot Mash with Green Beans

Ingredients:


  • Cajun Paste

  • 2 Salmon Fillets

  • 1 Large Sweet Potato

  • 3 Large Carrots

  • Green Beans

  • Garlic Infused Olive Oil


Method:


  • Smother salmon fillets in cajun paste and air fry for 15 mins at 180

  • Peel and chop sweet potato and carrots and boil until soft for mash

  • Fry trimmed green beans in garlic olive oil, a knob of butter and a pinch of salt until slightly charred

  • Mash sweet potato and carrots once ready and season to taste

  • Serve and enjoy
