Perform Sessions are meticulously crafted for individuals who possess a deep passion for sports and athletic endeavors. Leveraging our advanced athlete profiling techniques, we analyze your strengths, weaknesses, and unique physiological attributes. This in-depth understanding allows us to identify precise areas for physical refinement and enhancement. Through personalized training regimens and targeted exercises, we strategically enhance your athletic performance, unlocking your full potential while simultaneously mitigating the risk of injury.

Squat Rack


The DHTC studio has recently been renovated and fitted with BLKBOX training equipment. It includes everything from a squat rack, bench, an air bike, and a variety of weights. You'll be coached one-on-one in a non-intimidating training environment.

As part of our Perform Plan, we use VALD ForceDecks, a dual-force plate system for analyzing strength and imbalance. We analyze and identify strengths and weaknesses in your physical profile to tailor your program here at DHTC.

Used within our Perform Session, we measure and monitor your bar speed using Flex by GymAware (Optic Laser technology). This helps eliminate guesswork, preventing muscle fatigue and injury, and ultimately maximizing your performance progressions.

Sweat Membership

10 x 30 Min Sessions Per Month

Short on time or prefer intense sessions? Enjoy a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session that focuses on muscular endurance.


5 x 60 Min Sessions per Month


For those looking to increase their strength, muscle mass or weekly physical activity through 1 session per week.


4 x 60 Min Sessions & 1 x Testing Session Per Month

For those looking to improve their athletic performance and reduce injury risk through screening and applied practise
