The DHTC studio has recently been renovated and fitted with BLKBOX training equipment. It has everything from a squat rack, bench, an air bike and variety of weights. You'll be coached 1-2-1 in a non-intimidating training environment.

Part of our Perform Plan, using VALD ForceDecks, a dual force plate system for analysing strength and imbalance. We analyse and identify strength and weaknesses in your athletic profile to influence your program here at DHTC. 

Used within our Perform Session, measuring and monitoring your bar speed using Flex by GymAware (Optic Laser technology), we cut out the guess work avoiding muscle fatigue, injury and ultimately maximising your performance progressions.
