Dean’s services are great. He really knows his stuff, and puts in a lot of time and effort to personalise a plan to your workout/health goals and what you want to achieve. The exercises and workouts are creative and challenging, no two workouts are the same, and you never get bored or daunted as they are suited to your style. 1-1 sessions with Dean are great, he ensures you’re fully prepped pre-workout and takes the time to show you through any exercises you don’t know. He continually watches your form and helps you to correct your movements during exercises, he’s always pushing you to go that bit further… and he’s a lovely guy to chat to! Well worth every penny, I feel stronger and happier in my health & fitness because of Dean.
As someone who is rehabbing from a badly broken ankle with ligament damage I can’t recommend DH training club enough. I’m just over one year post op and without his skills and support I’d be nowhere near where I am today with just physiotherapy alone. The attitude Dean brings to each session is brilliant- full of motivation, energy and always willing to go the extra mile to help out whether that’s with nutrition advice, extra exercises to do in between sessions in my own time etc.

I now have daily support, clear goals and a comprehensive program to follow. Dean monitors my progress carefully and ensures I am making good progress with my strength and fitness. I’ve been seeing Dean for about a month and I cannot recommend him enough! I have tried other personal trainers in the past but none have stuck. DH Training Club offers excellent value for money, a tailored and professional service and Dean always checks in to make sure I’m recovering well after each session. I wanted to work on my strength but had no idea where to start or what to do at a gym. I’d considered a personal trainer at a gym before but had never done it. Dean’s free trial session allowed me to give a PT session a go and I realised it was exactly what I was after. He gives personalised coaching, tailoring sessions to suit me and I’ve seen real progress in only a few weeks. Always feel good after a session and like I’m making progress. Dean is a fantastic personal trainer. As a complete beginner to training, Dean has been excellent demonstrating all exercises and explaining movements. He is very thorough and knowledgeable ensuring all exercises are done with the correct posture. I have really been enjoying my sessions at DH Training Club. Dean provides a professional and friendly service. He is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to get to know your goals. I have enjoyed being introduced to exercises I wouldn't pick up on my own. He's a great PT who makes me feel at ease with what I am doing, but knows how to push me out of my comfort zone.
I have just completed my first 6 week program and it feels great. I play a niche sport and my main goal is to get fitter to improve my performance. Dean has taken the time to understand what I need for my particular sport and created a tailored program. He is great at encouraging me to progress and the sessions are hard but very rewarding. I am definitely getting noticeably stronger and I am looking forward to the next 6 weeks.
I would highly recommend Dean. Getting back into fitness after my second baby has been really hard and as someone who has always been abit intimidated by gyms and weight training I wasn’t sure where to start. But Dean is not only knowledgeable, he is great at demystifying weight training to make it seem accessible and is encouraging without being pushy.
