After a not-so-great time with my last PT, I was pretty nervous about giving it another shot. But Dean totally changed my mind! Dean was recommended to me by a friend who had been training with him regularly. At the time I was active but not following any specific plan other than training ideas on Instagram (not ideal). I booked in a free taster session and loved every second of it. Soon after I signed up to the monthly 5 session plan. Dean is a really decent guy, he has exceptional knowledge and experience in the health fitness, his nutritional advice has also helped me - although I still need to eat less bread !! His training gym is well equipped and it’s great that Dean is happy for me to play my own music to train to. The booking system is really easy to follow via the app, and allows me to be flexible around my shifts and childcare.

I've trained with a few PT's over the years but Dean is by far the best!! Dean has built my bespoke workout programme based on my goals and its adapted every 6 weeks to keep it challenging and interesting. He is very knowledgeable and uses his sports science background for my training programme. The gym setup is fantastic and the training sessions have developed according to my ability at that given time. My fitness and power levels have improved week by week. The best thing about training with Dean is that booking the training sessions are easy and very flexible as I have a busy schedule, he's always professional and he encourages me to push myself during the sessions, as well as helping me to maintain a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.
