Service Description

A 30 minute in person High Intensity Interval Session, where we'll develop muscular endurance targeting; Core Stability, Lower and Upper Limb. Exercises are regressed or progressed dependent on the level of competency of the client.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact Me at least 24 hours in advance. When cancelling a block booking any refund will deduct any sessions used at full price.
