Our 45-minute small group personal training focuses on full-body strength. with a 6-week periodised plan, you'll be building muscle and confidence every step of the way.

Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking Window: 14 Days in Advance You can book your Build, Sweat, and Pump sessions up to 14 days ahead, so we recommend planning early to secure your preferred slots. ⏳ Booking & Cancellation: 12-Hour Rule Booking: You can book a session up to 12 hours before it starts (subject to availability). Cancellation: If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled session, it may be forfeited to ensure fair access for all members. 📌 Session Limits & Payment Cycle Your Club Membership includes 12 Build sessions per month. These must be used within the month—they do not roll over to the next payment cycle. Any unused sessions will be forfeited. Once you’ve used all 12 sessions, you’ll need to wait until your next payment date, when your Club Membership renews, before booking new sessions. ⏸️ Membership Pause Policy Need a short break? You can pause your membership for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days. Please provide at least 7 days' notice before your next payment date to arrange this. While your membership is paused, you will be unable to book any future sessions until it is reactivated. 📢 Membership Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your Club Membership, we require a 30-day notice period. This helps us manage session availability and keep things running smoothly for all members. ✅ Always Use the Waitlist! If a session is full, add yourself to the waitlist—spaces often open up, and you’ll be notified if a spot becomes available.
