Our 45-minute small group personal training focuses on full-body strength. with a 6-week periodised plan, you'll be building muscle and confidence every step of the way.

Cancellation Policy

DH Training Club Small Group Personal Training sessions must be used within the month; unused sessions cannot be carried over to the following month and will be forfeited. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may also be forfeited.
