Run/Walk Club
Terms and Conditions

Participation Eligibility

  • The Run/Walk Club is open to all adults aged 18+.

  • Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • By joining, you confirm that you are physically able to take part in a walk or run of approximately 30 minutes.

Health & Safety

  • Participation is at your own risk. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure about your health or fitness to take part.

  • Appropriate footwear and clothing are required.

  • All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the session leader.

Personal Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own health, hydration, and well-being during the session.

  • DH Training Club is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during the activity.

  • Please be respectful of other participants, pedestrians, and traffic at all times.

 

Weather & Cancellations

  • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled in the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Updates will be communicated via social media or email as early as possible.

 

Data & Marketing Consent

  • By RSVP’ing to a Run/Walk Club session, you consent to DH Training Club storing your contact details and sending you marketing communications about future events, services, offers, and news.

  • You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time via the link provided or by contacting us directly.

Media Consent

  • By attending, you agree that DH Training Club may use any photos or videos taken during the session for promotional purposes.

  • You can opt out of photo/video use by notifying a coach or staff member before the session begins.

 

Behaviour Expectations

  • This is an inclusive and supportive community. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the club.
