Conduct

We strive to create a welcoming, fun, and non-intimidating environment here at DH Training Club. To help us maintain this atmosphere, we ask all of our customers to follow the code of conduct outlined below. Adhering to these guidelines ensures that DH Training Club remains a positive and enjoyable space for everyone, while also keeping our customers and staff safe.

 

  • No spectators are allowed in the gym environment, but feel free to make yourself at home in the reception areas.

  • All bags and valuables must be stored in the provided area. Please note, we are not responsible for any personal belongings.

  • Safe, appropriate, and clean sportswear, including footwear, must be worn at all times.

  • Glass bottles or cans are strictly prohibited in the gym.

  • No food is to be consumed in the gym.

  • The use of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly forbidden.

  • Smoking or the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted in or on the premises.

  • DH Training Club enforces a zero-tolerance policy for foul and abusive language towards staff or customers.

  • Please respect the equipment: wipe it down after use and return it to its proper place. (Everything has a place, and doing so ensures a pleasant experience for everyone!)

  • Gym equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.

  • Report any equipment faults to the staff on duty.

  • Please dispose of litter in the bins provided.


Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in immediate expulsion from the gym for the remainder of your membership without refund. Remember: for your own safety and that of others, if you see something, say something.
